Timothy McCardell – President
Tim has been involved with the Turf Industry since 1996 when he began volunteering on his children’s high school fields. Quickly thereafter, he was presented with the opportunity to maintain the local soccer club fields. He was able to provide a great price and better service and from there, the creation of Windview Athletic Fields emerged. Tim has a degree from Penn State in Agricultural Business. Tim is also the successful owner of agricultural supply and custom application companies, Delcarm and Chester County Crop Care.
Chris McCardell – Vice President
Chris first began working on athletic fields in 1998 and graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Crop Soil Environmental Science with a focus in Turf Management. His knowledge of turfgrass goes beyond the classroom as he has years of experience playing soccer and lacrosse at the collegiate level. Chris organizes the daily activities within the company to ensure customer satisfaction, put together customized programs, provide consultation and operate equipment. He also acts as the main spray applicator for the company.
Dave Colvin – Equipment Foreman
Dave is a knowledgeable, dedicated operator that has years of experience in the agricultural and turfgrass industries. He graduated from Penn State with degrees in Agricultural Business and General Agriculture. Dave is capable of scouting fields for disease and ensures the equipment is running at peak performance.
JC Clevenger – Equipment and Sales
JC joins the Windview team and comes to the sports turf side of the industry after working in the golf course market since 1993. He has been the superintendent of both ED Oliver Golf Club in Wilmington, DE as well as Cobbs Creek Golf Club in Philadelphia, PA. He is still an avid golfer and also still participates in recreation sports. Sports have always been an integral part of JC's life, both personally and professionally and his knowledge will significantly add to the overall quality of work performed by Windview.
